We offer flexible payment options. You can pay in cash or with commonly accepted debit and credit cards. Insurance may be possible depending on your treatment; contact the clinic to confirm accepted cards and coverage.

We are not a 24-hour walk-in emergency room. Vasco Wellness provides emergency support in several departments, including Emergency & Critical Care in Cardiology and Pediatric Emergency Care, and same-day appointments are available in Pediatrics. For urgent but non-life-threatening needs, contact us by WhatsApp or phone so we can direct you to the right department. Life-threatening emergencies should go immediately to a hospital emergency department.
To refill a prescription, contact the physician who issued it — by WhatsApp, phone or the contact form — and give the medication name or a copy of the original prescription. A follow-up visit may be needed before the prescription can be renewed. Controlled medicines are dispensed according to Moroccan regulations.
